About This Role: You are the bridge between our clinical team and our pet parents. As a Pet Caregiver & Client Coordinator, you are a “Face of Compassion” responsible for two critical areas: ensuring the safety and comfort of pets in our boarding suites and managing the warm, responsive communication that defines our brand. You will be the trusted voice a parent hears when they book an appointment and the caring hands that look after their pet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our hygienic boarding suites, ensuring all pets receive love, routine, and a clean space—just like home.
- Supervise playtime, socialization, and daily feeding schedules for boarded pets.
- Send daily photo and video updates via WhatsApp to parents, giving them peace of mind.
- Act as the first point of contact for appointment booking, managing our CRM and WhatsApp automation flows.
- Confirm appointments, send pre-visit guides, and follow up with parents after their visit to gather feedback.
- Embody our “Sensitivity” value by handling all parent interactions with patience and empathy.
Who You Are:
- A true pet lover with demonstrable experience in animal handling or care.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in Bangla and English.
- Tech-savvy: You are comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and digital record-keeping tools.
- You are highly organized, reliable, and accountable.
- You believe pets are family and are excited to join a movement that treats them that way.
