1. Appointment Booking & Veterinary Services
Appointment Request vs. Confirmation: Submitting the “Book Appointment” form on our website is a request, not a final booking. Your appointment is only considered confirmed when you receive a second, official confirmation message via WhatsApp from our care team.
Accurate Information: You are required to provide an accurate name and a valid, active mobile number for WhatsApp communication.
Rescheduling: We value flexible rescheduling. If you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, please reply with the word “CHANGE” to our WhatsApp confirmation message or contact our team directly.
Pricing: We are committed to transparent pricing. You will receive clear, detailed invoices for all services rendered.
2. Emergency Services
We offer a 24/7 emergency hotline for critical cases and urgent queries. This service is intended for genuine pet emergencies. Our on-call veterinarians will provide guidance and support.
3. Boarding & Grooming Services
Boarding: Our boarding facilities are designed for safety and comfort, offering features such as individual suites, CCTV access, and supervised playtime.
Daily Updates: For pets in our boarding facility, we will provide daily photo or video updates via WhatsApp.
Grooming: We offer professional grooming services, including baths, trims, and hygiene care. Our professional groomers take all reasonable precautions to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety.
4. Nutrition Shop (E-commerce Terms)
Products: We guarantee that all products sold in our Nutrition Shop are 100% authentic, vet-approved, and stored in temperature-controlled environments to ensure quality.
Payment: We accept payment via SSLCommerz, bKash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery: We offer same-day delivery in Dhaka for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Delivery times for other orders may vary.
Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a free exchange for damaged packs within 48 hours of you receiving the order. Please inspect your items upon delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or supplements for other reasons.
5. Subscription Services
Preventive Health Plans: We offer Annual Preventive Health Plans. These plans are billed annually.
Product Bundles: We offer monthly nutrition subscription bundles that auto-refill every 30 days.
Subscription Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive a WhatsApp reminder and payment link before your renewal.

User-Generated Content: If you choose to submit content to us, such as “Parent Stories” or testimonials, you grant Titlark Petwell Center a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content (including photos and text) on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. This is in accordance with our “Upload → Admin Review → Feature” flow.
